Welcome to AICQD. By accessing www.aicqd.com, using the Vacedo mobile application, joining a waitlist, pre-ordering hardware, or using related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Acceptance of terms
You agree to use the services only as allowed by these terms and applicable law. If you use Vacedo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Vacedo services
Vacedo is a wellness and habit-support app designed to help people understand and reduce vaping habits. Features may include tracking, journaling, AI coaching, progress insights, optional health context, optional location-based reminders, community features, and optional hardware pairing.
Some features may require an account, an active trial or subscription, device permissions, compatible hardware, or third-party platform services.
3. Wellness disclaimer
Vacedo is under development and has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). AICQD's goal is to seek the FDA marketing authorization appropriate to Vacedo's final intended use and classification. Unless and until that authorization is obtained, Vacedo is offered for behavioral support and education only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, treatment decisions, nicotine cessation plans, or emergency concerns.
4. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure.
- You may not access another person's account or misrepresent your identity.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates security, legal, or service-integrity risk.
5. Privacy, location, and health permissions
Your use of Vacedo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Optional features may ask for permissions such as notifications, Bluetooth, microphone, camera, health data, or location.
Location-based Nearby shop & place reminders are optional, off by default, and may use precise and background location only when you enable them. Health data, voice input, and selfie log features are also optional and controlled through app or device settings.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and pre-orders
- Paid app features may be billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider shown at checkout.
- Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.
- Deleting your Vacedo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
- Hardware pre-orders, deposits, shipping, taxes, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown on the shop or payment page.
7. User content and community conduct
You may submit content such as journal entries, coach messages, community posts, replies, saved places, photos, or feedback. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant AICQD a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the services.
You agree not to post or submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or abusive.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the services.
- Do not use Vacedo to provide medical, emergency, or professional advice to others.
- Do not upload malware, exploit code, or content that violates another person's rights.
9. Third-party services
Vacedo may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including app stores, authentication providers, maps or places services, cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, AI services, and device operating-system APIs. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual property
The services, software, website, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, and other materials are owned by AICQD Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of AICQD or Vacedo intellectual property to you.
11. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AICQD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AICQD Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, health decisions, or third-party conduct arising from use of the services.
13. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. You may delete your account in the app or request deletion by email as described on the Delete Your Data page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk to users, AICQD, or the services.
